	Die Richtlinie 91/71/EWG der Kommission vom 16. Januar 1991 zur Ergänzung der Richtlinie 88/388/EWG des Rates zur Angleichung der Rechtsvorschriften der Mitgliedstaaten über Aromen zur Verwendung in Lebensmitteln und über Ausgangsstoffe für ihre Herstellung regelt die Kennzeichnung von Aromen. [EU]	Commission Directive 91/71/EEC of 16 January 1991 completing Council Directive 88/388/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to flavourings for use in foodstuffs and to source materials for their production [5] lays down rules on the labelling of flavourings.
	Im Sinne dieses Abschnitts dieser Verordnung bezeichnet der Ausdruck "toxikologisch bedenklicher Stoff" einen Stoff, für den eine zulässige tägliche (Tolerable Daily Intake, TDI) oder wöchentliche Dosis (Tolerable Weekly Intake, TWI), eine ADI oder eine Verwendungsbeschränkung gilt, oder einen Ausgangsstoff gemäß der Richtlinie 88/388/EWG des Rates vom 22. Juni 1988 über Aromen zur Verwendung in Lebensmitteln und über Ausgangsstoffe für ihre Herstellung oder einen unerwünschten Stoff. [EU]	For the purpose of this section of this Regulation, 'substance of toxicological concern' means a substance with a tolerable daily or weekly intake (TDI or TWI), an ADI, or with a restriction in its use, or an active principle as defined in Council Directive 88/388/EEC relating to flavourings for use in foodstuffs and to source materials for their production, or an undesirable substance.
