Prämien zugunsten von Mutterschaf- und -ziegenhaltern sind bei der zuständigen Behörde während eines von dem Mitgliedstaat bezeichneten Zeitraums zwischen dem 1. November vor und dem 30. April des Jahres zu beantragen, auf welches sich die Anträge beziehen. [EU]

Applications for a premium in favour of farmers keeping ewes and/or she-goats shall be submitted to the competent authority, during a unique period fixed by the Member State concerned commencing not before 1 November and ending not later than 30 April, respectively, preceding and following the commencement of the year in respect of which the applications are submitted.

The supplementary premium shall be granted under the same conditions as those laid down for the grant of the ewe and goat premiums.

Stellt sich bei Anträgen auf die Zusatzprämie heraus, dass weniger als 50 % der landwirtschaftlich genutzten Fläche des betreffenden Betriebs in Gebieten gemäß Artikel 102 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 73/2009 liegen, so wird keine Zusatzprämie gezahlt und wird die Mutterschaf- und Ziegenprämie um einen Betrag in Höhe von 50 % der Zusatzprämie gekürzt. Where, in respect of applications for the supplementary premium, it is determined that less than 50 % of the area of the holding used for agriculture is located in areas referred to in Article 102(1) of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009, the supplementary premium shall not be paid and the ewe and goat premium shall be reduced by an amount equivalent to 50 % of the supplementary premium.

Wird festgestellt, dass ein Wandertierhaltung betreibender Erzeuger, der eine Zusatzprämie beantragt, nicht mindestens 90 % der Tiere, für die die Prämie beantragt wird, mindestens neunzig Tage lang in einem Gebiet gemäß Artikel 102 Absatz 2 Buchstabe b der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 73/2009 hat weiden lassen, so wird keine Zusatzprämie gezahlt und wird die Mutterschaf- und Ziegenprämie um einen Betrag in Höhe von 50 % der Zusatzprämie gekürzt. Where it is established that a producer practising transhumance who submits an application for the supplementary premium has not grazed 90 % of his animals for at least 90 days in an area referred to in Article 102(2)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009, the supplementary premium shall not be paid and the ewe or goat premium shall be reduced by an amount equivalent to 50 % of the supplementary premium.
