	Bestimmte Vorschriften und Auflagen der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2782/75 wurden nicht in die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1234/2007 übernommen. [EU]	Certain provisions and obligations laid down in Regulation (EEC) No 2782/75 have not been incorporated in Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007.
	Daher sollte die Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 1868/77 der Kommission, mit der die Durchführungsbestimmungen zur Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2782/75 festgelegt wurden, aufgehoben und durch eine neue Verordnung ersetzt werden. 	Die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2782/75 enthält besondere Vorschriften für die Vermarktung und Beförderung von Bruteiern und Küken von Hausgeflügel sowie für das Einlegen von Bruteiern. 	Die Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2782/75 des Rates vom 29. Oktober 1975 über die Erzeugung von und den Verkehr mit Bruteiern und Küken von Hausgeflügel wird am 1. Juli 2008 durch die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1234/2007 aufgehoben. [EU]	As of 1 July 2008, Council Regulation (EEC) No 2782/75 of 29 October 1975 on the production and marketing of eggs for hatching and of farmyard poultry chicks [2] is repealed by Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007.
