[EU]	Ministerial Decision No 2041901/16.5.1989 grants an interest reduction of three percentage points, charged against the joint account set up pursuant to Law No 128/75, on outstanding balances payable in respect of working capital loans granted from 1 April 1989 onwards to trade and craft firms with their registered headquarters in the Evros, Lesbos, Samos, Chios and Dodecanese Prefectures.
	Erlass Nr. 204901/16.5.1989 sowie die in Erwägungsgrund 51 und 52 aufgeführten Erlasse sehen Beihilfen für andere Verwaltungsbezirke außer Rhodope, Evros und Xanthi vor, und es konnte nicht ermittelt werden, inwieweit das in den Erlassen vorgesehene Interventionssystem eine Ausdehnung der Regelung für die drei genannten Verwaltungsbezirke oder eine eigenständige Regelung darstellte. Anhand der vorliegenden Informationen ließ sich nicht feststellen, ob die für die staatlichen Beihilfen geltenden Vorschriften (Vorschriften über Regionalbeihilfen oder De-minimis-Regel) eingehalten wurden.
