März 1999 über besondere Vorschriften für die Anwendung von Artikel 93 des EG-Vertrags aufgefordert sind, grundsätzlich spätestens einen Monat nach dem Datum der Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt ihre Stellungnahme einzureichen, hat der ZT seine Stellungnahme erst nach vier Monaten abgegeben. Under Article 20(1) in conjunction with Article 6 of Council Regulation (EC) No 659/1999 of 22 March 1999 laying down detailed rules for the application of Article 93 of the EC Treaty [4], the parties concerned have to submit their comments not later than one month after the date of publication in the Official Journal, but the ZT did not submit its comments until after four months.

If after four months the dispute is not resolved, where the dispute has not been brought before the courts by the party seeking redress and if either party requests it, the national regulatory authorities shall coordinate their efforts in order to resolve the dispute, in accordance with the provisions set out in Article 8 and taking the utmost account of any opinion adopted by BEREC.
