April aus humanitären Gründen unterzeichneten Waffenstillstandsabkommen im Darfur-Konflikt, und in Anbetracht der geplanten Einsetzung einer Waffenstillstandskommission in Sudan unter Leitung der Afrikanischen Union wurde der Gemeinsame Standpunkt 2004/31/GASP durch den Gemeinsamen Standpunkt 2004/510/GASP vom 10. Juni 2004 geändert, der eine zusätzliche Ausnahme vom Embargo für Krisenbewältigungsmaßnahmen der Afrikanischen Union vorsieht. [EU]	In view of recent developments in Sudan and the region, including the signature on 8 April 2004 of a Humanitarian Ceasefire Agreement on the Conflict in Darfur, and in view of the planned deployment of an African Union-led Ceasefire Commission in Sudan, Common Position 2004/31/CFSP was amended by Common Position 2004/510/CFSP on 10 June 2004 by providing for an additional exemption to the embargo for crisis management operations of the African Union.
