[EU]	The risk assessment has identified other sources of exposure of the substance to man and the environment, in particular, from certain 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene containing dielectric fluids still in use in existing electrical equipment and environmental formation of 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene as a decomposition product of other, more complex organo-chlorine compounds, which do not result from the life-cycle of the substance produced in or imported into the European Community.
	Beurteilung und Prüfung: Der Antragsteller reicht entweder eine Bescheinigung über den organischen Anbau oder Unterlagen darüber ein, dass von den Produzenten die oben genannten Stoffe nicht verwendet werden, oder er legt einen Bericht über Prüfungen nach den folgenden Methoden vor: je nach Fall US EPA 8081 A (Organochlor-Pestizide mit Ultraschall- oder Soxhlet-Extraktion und apolaren Lösemitteln (Iso-Octan oder Hexan)), 8151 A (chlorierte Herbizide unter Verwendung von Methanol), 8141 A (phosphororganische Verbindungen) oder 8270 C (halbflüchtige organische Verbindungen). [EU]	Assessment and verification: The applicant shall either provide proof of organic certification or documentation relating to the non-use by the farmers or a test report, using the following test methods: as appropriate, US EPA 8081 A (organo-chlorine pesticides, with ultrasonic or Soxhlet extraction and apolar solvents (iso-octane or hexane)), 8151 A (chlorinated herbicides, using methanol), 8141 A (organophosphorus compounds), or 8270 C (semi-volatile organic compounds).
