	Dasselbe gilt für die Vereinbarung vom 11. Oktober 2005; Artikel 2 sieht vor, dass - bezogen auf den gezahlten Vorschuss - der Fonds seine Absicherungsaktivität ab dem 1. Juli 2005 und mindestens bis zum 31. Dezember 2005 ausübt, indem er Finanzoptionen auf den Terminmärkten zum Preis von 17 Eurocent/Liter erwirbt.
