	Entsprechend der von ihnen zuvor eingereichten Beschwerde betonten VFP und Prodipresse die Wettbewerbsverfälschungen aufgrund der niedrigen Preise von DPLP für die Pressezustellung, die jeden Wettbewerb auf dem Markt durch andere Unternehmen unterbinden würden. [EU]	In line with their previous complaint, VFP and Prodipresse highlighted the distortion of competition arising from the low tariffs offered by DPLP for press distribution, which made it impossible for other operators to compete in the market.
	In ihrer Erklärung vom 12. Oktober 2009 machen die belgischen Behörden geltend, dass nur die Erklärungen von BD und FVP/Prodipresse maßgebliche Informationen enthalten würden.
