	Da die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1226/2009 auf das Jahr 2010 begrenzt ist, solche Bestimmungen aber dauerhafter Art sind, weil sie Verbesserungen in der Selektivität darstellen, ist es angebracht, diese Anhebungen ab Januar 2011 in die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2187/2005 einzubeziehen und diese Verordnung entsprechend zu ändern.
