	Die Ausnahme ist daher für die gleiche jährliche Gesamtmenge wie bei der 2001 gewährten Ausnahme zu genehmigen, d. h. für 1290 t. Außerdem erlaubt die Ausweitung der Ausnahme auf eine größere Anzahl von Arten als bei dem Beschluss 2001/657/EG eine bessere Ausnutzung der unter die Ausnahme fallenden Menge. [EU]	The derogation should therefore be granted for the same total annual quantity as covered by the derogation granted in 2001, i.e. 1290 tonnes. Moreover, the extension of the derogation to a larger number of species than that covered by Decision 2001/657/EC will allow better use to be made of the quantity benefiting from the derogation.
	Die Ausnahme wurde nicht nur für Fischereierzeugnisse beantragt, die Gegenstand der Entscheidung 2001/657/EG sind, sondern auch für andere Fischereierzeugnisse der KN-Positionen 0303, 0304 und 0305.
