	Frankreich hat der Kommission mitgeteilt, dass das Unterband 2454–;2483,5 MHz derzeit von militärischen Systemen genutzt wird und es daher nicht in der Lage ist, den Vorgaben der Entscheidung 2006/771/EG fristgerecht nachzukommen. [EU]	France has informed the Commission that the 2454-2483,5 MHz sub-band is currently used by military systems, and that it cannot therefore meet the requirements laid down in Decision 2006/771/EC in time.
