Examples are Stanislav Mucha, with Ein Wunder (2000) and Harun Farocki, who not only has made a career as a political documentary and essay film-maker with works such as Inextinguishable Fire (1969), but whose installations have also been shown increasingly at (media art) exhibitions and festivals since the late nineties (I thought I was Seeing Convicts, 2000, or Eye/Machine, 2001).
