	Am 20. [EU]	On 20 November 2006, the Commission received a complaint concerning imports of certain compressors originating in the People's Republic of China (PRC) lodged pursuant to Article 5 of the basic Regulation by Federazione ANIMA/COMPO (the complainant) on behalf of producers representing a major proportion, in this case more than 50 %, of the total Community production of certain compressors.
	Das Verfahren wurde auf einen Antrag der italienischen Federazione ANIMA hin eingeleitet, welche vier Unternehmen, die Kompressoren herstellen, sowie einen den Antrag unterstützenden Hersteller repräsentiert (siehe Randnummer 58). [EU]	The proceeding was initiated as a result of a complaint lodged by the Italian federation ANIMA representing four companies manufacturing compressors and one producer supporting the complaint (as detailed in the recital 58).
	Nach ihrer Unterrichtung meldeten sich ein nicht kooperierender Hersteller und zwei Hersteller, die zwar zu den Antragstellern gehörten, im weiteren Verlauf dieses Verfahrens aber nicht mitarbeiteten (siehe Randnummer 59), sowie die italienische Vereinigung von Kompressorenherstellern (ANIMA) und wiederholten die unter Randnummer 127 vorgebrachten Argumente. [EU]	Following disclosure one non-cooperating producer and two complaining producers that did not cooperate further in this proceeding (see recital 59) as well as the Italian association of compressor manufacturers (ANIMA) came forward to repeat the arguments mentioned in recital 127.
