	Aus diesem Grund sowie vor dem Hintergrund der schwerwiegenden finanziellen Probleme meldete die Air Lib am 13. Februar 2003 vor dem Handelsgericht Créteil Konkurs an. Die Liquidation erfolgte durch letzteres am 17. Februar und wurde am 4. April im Rechtsmittelverfahren bestätigt. [EU]	Consequently, faced with serious financial difficulties, Air Lib filed for bankruptcy with the Créteil Commercial Court on 13 February 2003 and the Court ruled on 17 February that the company should be wound up; this ruling was upheld on appeal on 4 April.
