	Die Gemeinschaft änderte und setzte die Anwendung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2193/2003 des Rates durch Verordnung (EG) Nr. 171/2005 des Rates vom 31. Januar 2005 aus, in Hinblick auf die Ergebnisse der weiteren WTO Streitigkeiten bezüglich der WTO-Kompatibilität der Übergangs- und Besitzstandsbestimmungen des "FSC Repeal and Extraterritorial Income"-Gesetzes (FSC-ETI) und des "American Jobs Creation Act" von 2004 (JOBS Act). [EU]	The Community, pending the outcome of further WTO litigation regarding the WTO compatibility of the transition and grandfathering provisions of the FSC Repeal and Extraterritorial Income Act of 2000 (FSC-ETI Act) and of the American Jobs Creation Act of 2004 (JOBS Act), amended and suspended the application of Regulation (EC) No 2193/2003 by the adoption of Regulation (EC) No 171/2005.
	Sollte der Präsident der Vereinigten Staaten den Gesetzesvorschlag, den der Kongress der Vereinigten Staaten angenommen hat, um die Besitzstandsbestimmungen des FSC-ETI Act und des JOBS Act aufzuheben bis spätestens 26. Mai 2006 unterzeichnen, wird die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2193/2003 mit Wirkung vom 29. Mai 2006 aufgehoben. [EU]	In the event that the President of the United States signs the Bill adopted by the Congress of the United States repealing the grandfathering provisions of the FSC-ETI Act and of the JOBS Act on or before 26 May 2006 Regulation (EC) No 2193/2003 shall be repealed with effect from 29 May 2006.
