Beurteilung und Prüfung: Bei Kompaktleuchtstofflampen muss der Antragsteller einen Prüfbericht vorlegen, aus dem hervorgeht, dass die Zahl der Ein-/Ausschaltvorgänge für eine Kompaktleuchtstofflampe in einem Versuch mit schnellen Schaltwechseln (1 Minute EIN, 3 Minuten AUS) und nach den Prüfverfahren für die Lebensdauer, auf die in der Norm EN 50285 verwiesen wird, ermittelt wurde.
