	Angesichts der Zielsetzung des Artikels 17 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1107/2009 wird die Kommission in Fällen, in denen nicht binnen 30 Monaten vor dem Ablauf der im Anhang dieser Verordnung niedergelegten Frist ein ergänzendes Dossier gemäß der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) Nr. 844/2012 eingereicht wird, das Fristende auf den gleichen Tag, der vor dem Erlass der vorliegenden Verordnung galt, oder auf den frühestmöglichen Tag danach festsetzen. [EU]	In view of the aim of the first paragraph of Article 17 of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, as regards cases where no supplementary dossier in accordance with Implementing Regulation (EU) No 844/2012 is submitted within 30 months before the respective expiry date laid down in the Annex to this Regulation, the Commission will set the expiry date at the same date as before this Regulation or at the earliest date thereafter.
	Da die Anforderungen der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) Nr. 844/2012 der Kommission vom 18. September 2012 zur Festlegung der notwendigen Bestimmungen für das Erneuerungsverfahren für Wirkstoffe gemäß der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1107/2009 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates über das Inverkehrbringen von Pflanzenschutzmitteln für diese Wirkstoffe gelten, ist es erforderlich, hinreichend Zeit für den Abschluss des Erneuerungsverfahrens gemäß der genannten Verordnung einzuräumen.
