	Im Januar 1999 und im Januar 2000 änderte der Rat die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1015/94 mit den Verordnungen (EG) Nr. 193/1999 und (EG) Nr. 176/2000 [6] und nahm bestimmte Nachfolgemodelle professioneller Kamerasysteme in den Anhang auf, damit sie von dem endgültigen Antidumpingzoll ausgenommen sind. 	Im Januar 2000 billigte der Rat diesen Antrag mit der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 176/2000 (nachfolgend "Änderungsverordnung" genannt) und änderte die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1015/94 entsprechend.
