	Das in Absatz 1 und Absatz 2 festgelegte Verbot gilt ab dem Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieser Verordnung in allen Gebieten des Netzes "Natura 2000", in allen Sonderschutzgebieten und in allen besonderen Schutzgebieten des Mittelmeers, die zum Zweck der Erhaltung dieser Habitate gemäß der Richtlinie 92/43/EWG oder dem Beschluss 1999/800/EG ausgewiesen worden sind. [EU]	The prohibition established in paragraphs 1, subparagraph 1 and paragraph 2 shall, from the date of entry into force of this Regulation, apply to all Natura 2000 sites, all special protected areas and all specially protected areas of Mediterranean interest (SPAMI) which have been designated for the purpose of the conservation of these habitats under either Directive 92/43/EEC or Decision 1999/800/EC.
	Zu verweisen ist ferner auf den Beschluss 1999/800/EG des Rates vom 22. Oktober 1999 über den Abschluss des Protokolls über die besonderen Schutzgebiete und die biologische Vielfalt des Mittelmeers sowie die Annahme der Anhänge des Protokolls (Übereinkommen von Barcelona), das neben den Bestimmungen über die Erhaltung der für das Mittelmeer bedeutenden Gebiete auch die Erstellung von Verzeichnissen der Arten vorsieht, die gefährdet oder bedroht sind oder deren Nutzung geregelt ist. [EU]	Council Decision 1999/800/EC of 22 October 1999 on concluding the Protocol concerning specially protected areas and biological diversity in the Mediterranean, and on accepting the annexes to that Protocol (Barcelona Convention), provides, in addition to the provisions relating to the conservation of sites of Mediterranean importance, for drawing up lists of endangered or threatened species and species whose exploitation is regulated.
