Juni 2000 mit gemeinsamen Durchführungsvorschriften für Einfuhr- und Ausfuhrlizenzen sowie Vorausfestsetzungsbescheinigungen für landwirtschaftliche Erzeugnisse vorgesehenen Dokumente zu verwenden. Where it has not been possible to comply with the 12-month time limit for the proof of exportation for the payment of refund in accordance with Article 46(2) of Regulation (EC) No 612/2009 because of administrative delays in the forwarding of the T5 control copy by the agency holding the security to the authority competent for the payment of the refund, the date of receipt by the security agency shall also be deemed to be the date of receipt by the refund authority.
