	Am 28. [EU]	On 28 September 2010 the Commission, after consultation of the Advisory Committee, announced, by Regulation (EU) No 850/2010 [8], the initiation of a 'new exporter' review of Regulation (EC) No 1659/2005, the repeal of the duty with regard to imports from TRL and the subjection of these imports to registration.
	Angesichts der Einstellung der Auslaufüberprüfung und in Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass TRL die betroffene Ware in der Zeit vom Inkrafttreten der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 850/2010, bis zum Auslaufen der Antidumpingmaßnahmen (13. Oktober 2010) nicht einführte, sollte die Überprüfung für einen neuen Ausführer betreffend die Einfuhren bestimmter Magnesia-Steine mit Ursprung in der VR China in die Union ebenfalls eingestellt werden. [EU]	In view of the termination of the expiry review and given the fact that TRL did not import the product concerned between the date of the entry into force of Regulation (EU) No 850/2010 and the date of expiry of the anti-dumping measures (13 October 2010), it is considered that the 'new exporter' review concerning imports into the Union of certain magnesia bricks originating in the PRC should therefore also be terminated.
	Die durch die Verordnung (EU) Nr. 850/2010 eingeleitete Überprüfung für einen neuen Ausführer wird hiermit eingestellt. [EU]	The 'new exporter' review initiated by Regulation (EU) No 850/2010 is hereby terminated.
	Die Zollbehörden werden angewiesen, die zollamtliche Erfassung der Einfuhren nach Artikel 3 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 850/2010 einzustellen. [EU]	The customs authorities are hereby directed to cease the registration of imports carried out pursuant to Article 3 of Regulation (EU) No 850/2010.
