	Hierzu ist anzuführen, dass die Krise im Sektor der Informationstechnologien und der Kommunikation im Jahr 2001 weder außergewöhnlich noch unvorhersehbar war, dass sie jedoch in ihrem Umfang, insbesondere hinsichtlich des Segments der Internet- und Telekommunikationstechnologien, außergewöhnlich, unvorhersehbar und von Bull nicht zu vertreten war.
