	Hinsichtlich der Berichterstattung über die Qualität sollte auf Artikel 12 Absatz 3 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 223/2009 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates und hinsichtlich des Aufbaus der Berichte sollte auf die Empfehlung 2009/498/EG der Kommission [5] Bezug genommen werden.
