[EU]	The Community shall finance measures aimed at supporting cooperation with developing countries, territories and regions included in the list of aid recipients of the Development Assistance Committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD/DAC), and set out in Annex I (hereinafter referred to as 'partner countries and regions').
	Zusätzlich zu den aufgrund dieser Verordnung in Betracht kommenden natürlichen und juristischen Personen steht die Teilnahme an den Verfahren zur Vergabe von Aufträgen oder Zuschüssen, die auf der Grundlage dieser Verordnung finanziert werden, ebenfalls allen natürlichen Personen mit Staatsangehörigkeit eines Entwicklungslandes gemäß der Klassifikation des Entwicklungsausschusses der Organisation für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (OECD-DAC) sowie allen juristischen Personen mit Sitz in einem Entwicklungsland offen. [EU]	Participation in the award of procurement or grant contracts financed under this Regulation shall be open to all natural persons who are nationals of or legal persons who are established in a developing country, as specified by the Development Assistance Committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD/DAC), in addition to natural or legal persons eligible by virtue of this Regulation.
