	Die Module CA1, CA2 oder CH können nur verwendet werden, wenn Produkte vor dem Inkrafttreten dieser TSI in Verkehr gebracht und entwickelt wurden, vorausgesetzt, der Hersteller weist der benannten Stelle nach, dass für vorherige Anwendungen unter vergleichbaren Bedingungen eine Entwurfs- und Baumusterprüfung durchgeführt wurde und die Anforderungen dieser TSI erfüllt werden.
