	Das in Absatz 1 genannte Recht gilt für Personen ab dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem sie von den zuständigen Behörden eines Mitgliedstaats durch amtliche Mitteilung oder auf sonstige Weise davon in Kenntnis gesetzt werden, dass sie der Begehung einer Straftat verdächtig oder beschuldigt sind, bis zum Abschluss des Verfahrens, worunter die endgültige Klärung der Frage zu verstehen ist, ob sie die Straftat begangen haben, gegebenenfalls einschließlich der Festlegung des Strafmaßes und der abschließenden Entscheidung in einem Rechtsmittelverfahren.
