Wenn das Produkt in der EU hergestellt wird und der meldende Mitgliedstaat nicht das Ursprungsland des Produkts und nicht im Besitz der wesentlichen Angaben für die Meldung ist, setzt sich die Kommission mit den zuständigen Behörden des Mitgliedstaates in Verbindung, in dem das Produkt hergestellt wird, um die Informationen über die Absatzwege und Bestimmungsländer des Produkts zu vervollständigen. If the product is manufactured in the EU and the notifying Member State is not the country of origin of the product and has not obtained the essential information for the notification, the Commission will contact the authorities of the Member State where the product is manufactured in order to complete the information on the distribution channels and destinations of the product.
