	Die vorliegende Verordnung, insbesondere die Vorschriften über Flug- und Dienstzeitbegrenzungen sowie Ruhezeiten des Anhangs III Abschnitt Q, trägt den Grenzwerten und Mindeststandards Rechnung, die bereits in der Richtlinie 2000/79/EG festgelegt wurden.
