	Nachdem Pierre Fabre Dermo Cosmetique am 14. April 2008 gemäß Artikel 13 Absatz 5 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1924/2006 einen Antrag gestellt hatte, wurde die Behörde ersucht, eine Stellungnahme zu einer gesundheitsbezogenen Angabe hinsichtlich der Wirkung von Elancyl Global Silhouette® auf die Regulierung der körperlichen Konstitution bei Menschen mit leichtem bis mittlerem Übergewicht abzugeben (Frage Nr. EFSA-Q-2008-285). [EU]	Following an application from Pierre Fabre Dermo Cosmétique submitted on 14 April 2008 pursuant to Article 13(5) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006, the Authority was required to deliver an opinion on a health claim related to the effects of Elancyl Global Silhouette® on the regulation of body composition in people with light to moderate overweight (Question No EFSA-Q-2008-285) [2].
