	Im Rahmen eines Auswahlverfahrens wurde das Laboratorium "Agence Française de Sécurité Sanitaire des Aliments" (AFSSA) mit seinen Forschungslaboratorien für Tierpathologie und Zoonosen in Maisons-Alfort und für Equidenpathologie und Equidenkrankheiten in Dozulé (beides in Frankreich) ausgewählt; dieses Laboratorium sollte für einen Zeitraum von fünf Jahren ab dem 1. Juli 2008 als Gemeinschaftsreferenzlaboratorium für Krankheiten von Equiden mit Ausnahme der Pferdepest benannt werden. [EU]	Following the completion of a selection procedure, the successful laboratory, Agence Française de Sécurité Sanitaire des Aliments (AFSSA), with its research laboratories for animal pathology and zoonoses, Maisons-Alfort and for equine pathology and diseases, Dozulé, France, should be designated as the Community reference laboratory for equine diseases other than African horse sickness, for a period of five years from 1 July 2008.
	Mit der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 180/2008 der Kommission vom 28. Februar 2008 über das Gemeinschaftsreferenzlaboratorium für Krankheiten von Equiden mit Ausnahme der Pferdepest und zur Änderung des Anhangs VII der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 882/2004 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates wurde die in Frankreich ansässige Agence Française de Sécurité Sanitaire des Aliments (AFSSA) mit ihren Forschungslaboratorien für Tierpathologie und Zoonosen sowie für Equidenpathologie und Equidenkrankheiten als Gemeinschaftsreferenzlaboratorium für Krankheiten von Equiden mit Ausnahme der Pferdepest benannt. [EU]	By Commission Regulation (EC) No 180/2008 of 28 February 2008 concerning the Community reference laboratory for equine diseases other than African horse sickness and amending Annex VII to Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council [4], the Agence Française de Sécurité Sanitaire des Aliments (AFSSA) with its research laboratories for animal pathology and zoonoses and for equine pathology and diseases, situated in France, was designated as the Community reference laboratory for equine diseases other than African horse sickness.
