	Abweichend von Ziffer 2.1 können die Mitgliedstaaten vorsehen, dass auf ihrem Gebiet durchgeführte Versuche und Analysen zur Gewinnung von Daten über die Eigenschaften der Substanzen und/oder die Unbedenklichkeit für Honigbienen und andere Nutzarthropoden von amtlichen oder amtlich anerkannten Versuchseinrichtungen oder -organisationen unternommen werden, die zumindest den Anforderungen der Ziffern 2.2 und 2.3 der Einleitung zum Anhang der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 545/2011 der Kommission genügen.
