	So unterschiedlich diese Denkmale sind, so breit ist auch die Entstehungszeit der deutschen Welterbestätten gefächert: Während der Bergbau am Rammelsberg im Harz bis in die Frühgeschichte zurückreicht, ist die Völklinger Hütte ein Denkmal der Industrialisierung und des 20. Jahrhunderts: als Eisenwerk wurde die Hütte erst vor wenigen Jahren stillgelegt. [G]	The sites are very different to each other, and the eras during which they were created are equally wide-ranging: the Rammelsberg mines in the Harz mountains date back to prehistoric times, whereas the Völklinger Ironworks site is a monument to industrialisation and dates back to the 20th century - it was only a few years ago that it ceased to be a working iron foundry.
