	Am 28. Februar 2011 hat die Kommission vor dem Hintergrund der SAFA-Inspektionen und der Ergebnisse des ICAO-Prüfberichts förmliche Konsultationen mit den zuständigen Behörden Madagaskars aufgenommen und schwere Bedenken hinsichtlich der Sicherheit des Betriebs von Air Madagascar zum Ausdruck gebracht sowie das Unternehmen und die zuständigen Behörden gemäß Artikel 7 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2111/2005 dringend ersucht, Maßnahmen in Bezug auf die Feststellungen der ICAO und zur Behebung der bei den SAFA-Inspektionen festgestellten Sicherheitsmängel zu ergreifen. [EU]	The Commission, having regard to the SAFA inspections and the results of the ICAO audit report, entered on 28 February 2011 into a formal consultation with the competent authorities of Madagascar, expressing serious concerns about the safety of the operations of Air Madagascar and urging the carrier and its competent authorities pursuant to Article 7 of Regulation (EC) No 2111/2005 to take measures to respond to ICAO findings and to satisfactorily resolve the safety deficiencies detected by SAFA inspections.
