	Wenn die zuständige Behörde, bei der der Rechtsbehelf nach Absatz 1 eingelegt wurde, ein ordentliches Gericht oder ein Verwaltungsgericht ist, so gilt die Entscheidung dieses Gerichts, sofern sie zugunsten der ersuchenden Partei ausfällt und die Beitreibung der Forderung in dem Mitgliedstaat, in dem die ersuchende Partei ihren Sitz hat, ermöglicht, als "Vollstreckungstitel" im Sinne der Artikel 78 und 79 der Durchführungsverordnung, und die Beitreibung der Forderung wird aufgrund dieser Entscheidung vorgenommen.
