	Die in Artikel 4 Absatz 1 der Richtlinie 2002/95/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates genannten Stoffe Cadmium, Blei, Quecksilber, sechswertiges Chrom sowie Flammschutzmittel aus polybromiertem Biphenyl (PBB) oder polybromiertem Diphenylether (PBDE) werden in den Fernsehgeräten nicht verwendet, es sei denn, die Verwendungszwecke dieser Stoffe sind gemäß dem Anhang der Richtlinie von den Anforderungen des Artikels 4 Absatz 1 ausgenommen oder ihr Konzentrationshöchstwert entspricht oder liegt unter den in demselben Anhang genannten Schwellen. [EU]	Cadmium, lead, mercury, chromium 6 + or poly-brominated biphenyl (PBB) or poly-brominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants, as listed in Article 4(1) of Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council [3], shall not be used in the television unless the applications of those substances are listed in the Annex to that Directive as exempted from the requirements of Article 4(1) of that Directive or unless their maximum concentration value is equal to or lower than the threshold specified in that same Annex.
