	Zur Verringerung des Betrugsrisikos und um Missbrauch im Zusammenhang mit der möglichen Wiedereinfuhr bzw. dem möglichen Wiederverbringen von Nichtquotenzucker oder -isoglucose in die Gemeinschaft zu verhindern, wurden mit der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 924/2008 der Kommission vom 19. September 2008 zur Festsetzung der Höchstmenge für Ausfuhren von Nichtquotenzucker und -isoglucose bis zum Ende des Wirtschaftsjahres 2008/09 bestimmte nahegelegene Ausfuhrländer aus der Liste der zulässigen Bestimmungen ausgeschlossen.
