Juni 2005, der von der Interessengemeinschaft europäischer CD-R-Hersteller (CECMA, nachstehend "Antragsteller" genannt) im Namen von Herstellern eingereicht wurde, auf die mit mehr als 60 % ein erheblicher Teil der gesamten Gemeinschaftsproduktion von CD-R entfällt. [EU]	The initiation was made following a complaint lodged on 24 June 2005 by the Committee of European CD-Rs and DVD+/-R manufacturers - 'CECMA' ('the complainant') on behalf of producers representing a major proportion, in this case more than 60 %, of the total Community production of CD-R.
