[G]	One of the few examples of fruitful cooperation of media artists with German television was the group Dogfilm which emerged from the interdisciplinary registered association Botschaft. It produced a large number of short videos between 1991 and 1999 (including humorous descriptions of episodes of Dallas in SOAP, 1994), as well as experimental television dramas and theme evenings for ARTE, the German-French cultural station - SOAP oder das Leben ist eine Seifenoper (approximately: Life is a Soap Opera) in 1996/96 and Kein Mensch ist illegal / Papiers Pour Tous (approximately: No Human is Illegal) in 1998/99.
