	Angesichts dieser Mängel wurde Togo zwar in die Liste in Anhang II der Entscheidung 2006/766/EG in der durch den Beschluss 2009/951/EU der Kommission geänderten Fassung aufgenommen, allerdings mit der Beschränkung, dass aus diesem Drittland nur Einfuhren lebender Hummer in die EU gestattet sind.
