Das Grundentgelt bezieht sich auf die Einreichung eines Überprüfungsberichts für einen Stoff, eine Verwendung und einen Antragsteller. [EU]

The base charge shall cover the submission of a review report for one substance, one use, and one applicant.

Die Agentur erhebt für die Einreichung eines Überprüfungsberichts ein Grundentgelt gemäß Anhang VII. [EU]

Wird der Antrag ausschließlich von einem kleinen Unternehmen oder zwei oder mehreren KMU gestellt, von denen das größte Unternehmen ein kleines Unternehmen ist, erhebt die Agentur ein ermäßigtes Grundentgelt sowie ermäßigte Zusatzentgelte gemäß Anhang VII Tabelle 3. [EU]

Where the application is submitted by a small enterprise or by two or more SMEs only, of which the largest enterprise is a small enterprise, the Agency shall levy a reduced base charge and reduced additional charges, as set out in Table 3 of Annex VII.

Wird der Antrag ausschließlich von einem mittleren oder zwei oder mehreren KMU gestellt, von denen das größte Unternehmen ein mittleres Unternehmen ist, erhebt die Agentur ein ermäßigtes Grundentgelt sowie ermäßigte Zusatzentgelte gemäß Anhang VII Tabelle 2. [EU]

Where the application is submitted by a medium enterprise or by two or more SMEs only, of which the largest enterprise is a medium enterprise, the Agency shall levy a reduced base charge and reduced additional charges, as set out in Table 2 of Annex VII.
