"Unternehmen" den Eigner des Schiffes oder eine sonstige Organisation oder Person (wie z. B. den Geschäftsführer oder den Bareboatcharterer), die vom Schiffseigner die Verantwortung für den Betrieb des Schiffes übernommen hat und die durch Übernahme dieser Verantwortung zugestimmt hat, alle durch den Internationalen Code für die Organisation eines sicheren Schiffsbetriebs (ISM-Code) auferlegten Pflichten und Verantwortlichkeiten zu übernehmen; [EU]

'Company' means the owner of the ship or any other organisation or person such as the manager, or the bareboat charterer, who has assumed the responsibility for operation of the ship from the owner of the ship and who, on assuming such responsibility, has agreed to take over all the duties and responsibilities imposed by the International Safety Management (ISM) Code.

"Unternehmen" den Schiffseigner oder jede andere Organisation oder Person, wie beispielsweise den Manager oder Bareboat-Charterer, die die Verantwortung für den Betrieb des Schiffes vom Schiffseigner übernommen und sich durch die Übernahme einer solchen Verantwortung damit einverstanden erklärt hat, dass sie sämtliche dem Unternehmen mit dieser Richtlinie auferlegten Pflichten und Verantwortlichkeiten übernimmt [EU]
