	Gemäß Artikel 27 Absatz 5 und Anhang IV Buchstabe h des Stabilisierungs- und Assoziierungsabkommens zwischen den Europäischen Gemeinschaften und ihren Mitgliedstaaten einerseits und der Republik Kroatien andererseits, geändert durch das mit dem Beschluss Nr. 2006/882/EG des Rates [9] genehmigte Protokoll, gewährt die Gemeinschaft im Rahmen eines jährlichen Zollkontingents von 180000 Tonnen (Nettogewicht) zollfreien Zugang für in die Gemeinschaft eingeführte Erzeugnisse der Positionen 1701 und 1702 der Kombinierten Nomenklatur mit Ursprung in Kroatien. [EU]	Pursuant to Article 27(5) of and Annex IV(h) to the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Croatia, of the other part [8], as amended by the Protocol approved by Council Decision (EC) No 2006/882/EC [9], the Community is to allow duty-free access for imports into the Community of products originating in Croatia falling within CN codes 1701 and 1702, within the limit of an annual quantity of 180000 tonnes (net weight).
