	Gemäß Artikel 5 Absatz 3 der genannten Verordnung legt die Kommission die TAC für Lodde auf der Grundlage der EU-Zuteilung durch Grönland nach Maßgabe des partnerschaftlichen Fischereiabkommens zwischen der Europäischen Gemeinschaft einerseits und der Regierung Dänemarks und der Autonomen Regierung Grönlands andererseits und seinem Protokoll [3] (im Folgenden "das Protokoll") fest.
