Vitiate \Vi"ti*ate\, v. t. [imp. & p. p. {Vitiated}; p. pr. &       vb. n. {Vitiating}.] [L. vitiatus, p. p. vitiare to vitiate,       fr. vitium a fault, vice. See {Vice} a fault.] [Written also       {viciate}.]       1.
