   Ycleped \Y*cleped"\, p. p. [AS. geclipod, p. p. of clipian,
      cleopian, cliopian, to call. See {Clepe}, and also the Note
      under {Y-}.]
      Called; named; -- obsolete, except in archaic or humorous
      writings. [Spelt also {yclept}.]
