[EU]	O Tribunal Geral tinha anulado o artigo 1.o do Regulamento (CEE) n.o 954/2006 do Conselho [5] no que respeita à Interpipe NTRP VAT, com fundamento, nomeadamente, em erro manifesto de apreciação aquando do ajustamento com base no artigo 2.o, n.o 10, alínea i), e, com outros fundamentos, no que se refere à Interpipe Niko Tube ZAT.

	Er wies darauf hin, dass das Gericht in der Rechtssache T-249/06 einen offensichtlichen Beurteilungsfehler bei der Anwendung des Artikels 2 Absatz 10 Buchstabe i der Grundverordnung festgestellt habe, soweit der Rat den Ausfuhrpreis berichtigt habe, der von Sepco im Rahmen von Geschäften mit von Interpipe NTRP VAT hergestellten Rohren angewandt worden sei, jedoch nicht, soweit die Berichtigung die von Interpipe Niko Tube ZAT hergestellten Rohre betroffen habe.
