Anwendung diverser Kürzungsfaktoren auf die genehmigungsfähige Beihilfehöchstintensität auf der Grundlage des multisektoralen Regionalbeihilferahmens, insbesondere des Wettbewerbsfaktors (T) und des Faktors "Kapitaleinsatz/Arbeitsplätze" (I).
