	Nach Artikel 87 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 479/2008 muss der Nachweis des Nichtinverkehrbringens verlangt werden, wenn die Erzeugnisse von widerrechtlich angepflanzten Rebflächen nur zur Destillation in Verkehr gebracht werden dürfen.
