Damit die Kohärenz mit Artikel 14 in Teil I des Protokolls 3 zum Überwachungs- und Gerichtshofabkommen gewährleistet und dem Effektivitätsgrundsatz entsprochen wird, darf die vom einzelstaatlichen Gericht angewandte Zinsberechnungsmethode nach Auffassung der Überwachungsbehörde nicht weniger streng sein als die im Beschluss der EFTA-Überwachungsbehörde Nr. 195/04/KOL vom 14. Juli 2004 festgelegte Methode. [EU]

In order to ensure consistency with Article 14 in Part II of Protocol 3 to the Surveillance and Court Agreement and to comply with the effectiveness requirement, the Authority considers that the method of interest calculation used by the national court may not be less strict than that foreseen in the Authority's Decision No 195/04/COL of 14 July 2004 [60].
